Alongwith the DD/at par cheque, please include your Full Name, DOB, Email ID, Mobile number, and full Address.
As soon as (a) the electronically generated enquiry by you reaches us and (b) the payment is realized at our end, we will dispatch you a copy of the ACHIEVER'S PACK. You will learn in detail about PT Education's franchise offer through this Achiever's Pack.
You have to fill the "Achiever's Form" attached in the Achiever's Pack as per the directions, attach photographs and other relevant documents, put everything in the self-addressed envelope provided & send to us at PTHQ-Indore by Registered Post or Courier along with a payment of Rs. 5000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) as Commitment Money (Interest Free Refundable Amount) which will be adjusted against the Security Deposit (SD) you will be paying if we decide to work together. If we decide not to work together, the Commitment Money will be refunded back to you.
The modes of payment of this charge (Rs 5000/-) is any one of the 3 mentioned above.
After receiving the Achiever's Form, evaluation of the enquiry generated is done by us. If the preliminary requirements are met, we will invite you for a Personal meeting, where you will be able to observe a typical day's working at PT. This meeting will also give both of us a chance to know each other well. However, if we feel that our aims and thought processes do not gel, we may not call you for the final step. The Commitment Money paid by you (as mentioned above) will be refunded back to you along with a Regret letter.
Our formal procedures begin after successful completion of the personal meeting stage. First step would be a site survey by PT Education personnel and approval of the site.
An Architect deputed by PTHQ will visit your site and suggest the most appropriate site lay-out or plan. Plan is prepared as per the requirements and set standards. With mutual consent and agreement the plan will be put to action.
Agreement signing may take place simultaneously or may take some more time (a week or so). At the time of signing of the Legal Agreement, the initial investments will be made by you. This includes the License Fee, the Technical Knowhow Fees and the Security Deposit. The break up of the same is explained during the personal meeting.
At this juncture, you will get 7-10 days' time for getting the desired staff recruited for your prospective venture.
You will stay with us at the Indore HQ, & will begin your intensive minimum 30-days training at PT HQ Indore. On successful completion of this training, you will be ready to start your centre. Please note that the training module shall commence only after the legal agreement (with all payments) has been signed.
This training programme involves intensive class-room and on-the-job-training, which is specially designed for you and your staff members. These trainings will be conducted concurrently but separately. The primary aim of the training will be to prepare you and your staff members in all the required skill sets and prepare you to be ready for any business situation. This training rates as one of the best in the education industry.
During your training, PTHQ will be working on the launch plan for your center. Your center will simultaneously be taking shape at your selected address.
